TaichiFlow 3 Cycles | Learn, Integrate, Improve
The 3 TaichiFlow Cycles

A progressive structure to build flow through the Yang 108 Form, short routines, partner work, and long-term integration.
Cycle classes are organised on weekends, mainly on Saturday and Sunday mornings, depending on group formation, season, weather, and availability.

The 3 TaichiFlow Cycles

All the three cycles are built from the same matrix: the yang 108 Form.
The objective is not simply to memorise more movements, but to progressively embody the continuity that links them together.

Foundation.Deepening.Improvement

The 3 TaichiFlow Cycles give structure to the practice.

They are designed to build flow progressively through the Yang 108 Form, short routines, breath, gaze, posture, attention, partner work, and long-term integration.

You do not need to master the full Form from the beginning. The aim is to install continuity step by step: body, breath, intention, movement, and attention gradually align.

Regularity, not exclusivity

The method asks for regularity, not exclusivity.
The TaichiFlow Cycles can be followed as your main practice or alongside fitness, running, climbing, swimming, cycling, yoga, martial arts, or another movement discipline.
Each practice keeps its own purpose. TaichiFlow develops continuity across movement, attention, breath, intention, and transitions.

No online booking required. First contact is manual.

Cycle 1 — Foundation
Cycle 1 installs the basic references of TaichiFlow: posture, grounding, slow attention, breath, gaze, intention, and the first sequences of the Yang 108 Form.
It is designed for beginners, returning students, or anyone who wants to rebuild a clear physical base before going deeper.

Focus: alignment, rooting, balance, relaxation, slow movement, and continuity.

Cycle 2 — Deepening
Cycle 2 develops a more stable flow through longer sequences, deeper coordination, and better integration of the Form.
The practice introduces Flow9 as a transferable routine for daily resets, and begins to open partner-based work: codified movement, free movement, listening, and adaptation.

Focus: continuity, rhythm, coordination, Flow9, transitions, and practical integration.

Cycle 3 — Improvement
Cycle 3 refines the practice with more precision and continuity.
The complete Form is revisited with greater attention to gaze, intention, economy of movement, transitions, and execution quality. FastForm is introduced to test coordination, chunks, and the ability to maintain flow in another rhythm. Partner applications help clarify the meaning of the movements and open toward shadow-boxing with a virtual opponent.

Focus: precision, FastForm, martial intention, partner work, economy of movement, and durable flow
