AccessFlow 20' — on-site or outdoor nearby
AccessFlow 20' is a short guided TaichiFlow session designed for the rhythm of a coworking day.
It is beginner-friendly, easy to host, and requires no equipment.
Small groups only: usually 5–7 people max per slot.
Indoor or outdoor nearby
AccessFlow 20’ can take place inside the coworking space or outdoors nearby, depending on the location, weather conditions, and group size.
- City locations such as Turó Park or Plaça de les Glòries are usually easier at the beginning of the week.
- Seaside locations such as Port Olímpic or Mirador Marina Vela are better suited to the end of the week.
Weekend mornings are mainly dedicated to the TaichiFlow Cycles.
How each session works ?
Each AccessFlow session follows the same simple structure:
A short welcome, a guided movement sequence, one practical focus, a short reset, and a closing takeaway for the workday.
The structure stays consistent, while the practical focus can vary depending on the group or the communication angle chosen by the coworking team.
Possible session focuses
An AccessFlow session can begin from one practical axis, for example:
- posture,
- gaze and attention,
- weight shift and transitions,
- orientation in space,
- breathing.
This makes the format both consistent and adaptable: the session remains easy to understand, while each demo can highlight a different entry point.
About TaichiFlow
TaichiFlow is a progressive mind-body method rooted in Tai Chi Chuan and designed for modern transitions.
Each short practice comes from the same underlying Form, allowing participants to experience continuity without first having to memorise a complete sequence.
Flow here is concrete: continuity in motion, where body, breath, and intention align.
The method helps people return to calm and clarity through simple guided movement.
Created by James Arax in Barcelona.

How do we start?
Start with a complimentary on-site demo and see how the format fits your members, your space, and your daily rhythm.
Can sessions also happen outdoors?
Yes. For coworkings located near the seafront, AccessFlow 20’ can also be organised outdoors around Port Olímpic / Seaside, when the location and weather conditions make sense.
Do we need a dedicated room?
Not necessarily. A quiet open space inside the coworking is enough.
