What is AccessFlow 20'

AccessFlow 20' is a short guided TaichiFlow session designed for the rhythm of a coworking day.
It is beginner-friendly, easy to host, and requires no equipment. 

Small groups only: usually 5–7 people max per slot.

It can be explored:

  • on-site indoors,
  • or outdoors nearby, when relevant.

Optional seaside extension — Port Olímpic 
For coworkings near the seafront—Port Olimpic, AccessFlow can also be proposed as a short outdoor session nearby. The idea is simple: a low-friction reset based on posture, breath, gaze, and continuity in movement, without breaking the rhythm of the workday.

How each session works ? 

Each AccessFlow session follows the same simple structure: 

A short welcome, a guided movement sequence, one practical focus, a short reset, and a closing takeaway for the workday.

The structure stays consistent, while the practical focus can vary depending on the group or the communication angle chosen by the coworking team.

Possible session focuses

An AccessFlow session can begin from one practical axis, for example:

  • posture,
  • gaze and attention,
  • weight shift and transitions,
  • orientation in space,
  • breathing.

This makes the format both consistent and adaptable: the session remains easy to understand, while each demo can highlight a different entry point.
