It helps you enter Flow fast — where body, breath, and intention align — through guided practice and portable micro-rituals you can re-activate anywhere: at your desk, while walking, or before a meeting.

- StartFlow—Free 10’ (1:1) First contact with TaichiFlow. No payment. No commitment.
Typical slots: mornings + lunch (Turó Park) — see live availability when booking. - AccessFlow—free 20’ (Group request 3-7) for pre-formed groups friends, Meetup community or small groups already formed.).
Lunch slots: Thu & Fri (Turó Park). We confirm once the group is complete
